December 31st
This year’s event will include 5 race distances as well as fun relays where all-comers are welcome to compete. As always, costumes are welcome!
February 19th - February 20th
On President’s Day Weekend, up to eight local co-ed snowshoe softball teams converge on Winthrop’s ballfield. The weekend is full of good sport, great fun and an out of the ordinary event.
February 19th
Human-dog teams in costumes compete in short heats to go for the glory of the coveted Golden Poodle award. Humans must ski and dogs must run.
March 4th - March 6th
Watch dozens of brightly colored hot air balloons fill the sky of Winthrop!
May 27th - May 28th
Small town rodeo at its finest! Hosted by the Methow Valley Horsemen, a group of men and women from the Methow Valley who are committed to continuing the tradition of small community rodeo events.
July 21st - July 23rd
The three-day event is packed full of exciting national and regional entertainment for all ages. There is on-site camping, food and craft vendors, portable showers, and a beer garden.
